Delivery Lead Times

We have an approximate lead time of 6-8 weeks on our made to measure items. Please note that if you are supplying your own fabric, the lead time is from when we receive your fabric. Some designers print to order so can take longer.

 

Shipping 

Large Items - Due to the size and weight of some of our products, we charge a £55 delivery fee on all furniture. 

For large furniture items we provide a two-man delivery service. Please ensure there is suitable access and any delivery notes are provided before your order arrives.

Our courier team are unfortunately unable to drill holes or assemble furniture so if you have ordered a headboard and would like it to be wall mounted you will need to arrange this separately (provided to local customers only at an additional cost).

All deliveries must be signed for, unless you have specified a safe place for the goods to be left. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to items that are left in a safe place.

 

Small Items - We aim get your order to you as quickly as possible & dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Should your item delayed for any unexpected reason, we will contact you immediately. 

We are able to offer Express Delivery & Collection if needed. Please contact us to arrange.

We can ship all of our products worldwide. Some of our collections are available to purchase directly through our website. Please note that additional charges may occur, we will contact you after ordering if there is any extra cost due.

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes when shipping internationally.

Additional costs may occur for large items, fabric & wallpaper. 

Fabric - All fabric orders 5 metres and under will be sent folded at £7.95 (if you would prefer your fabric to be sent on the roll please contact us to arrange. Orders between 5-10 metres will be sent on the roll at £11.95, Over 10 metres is £21.95
